Volusion Review & Questions About Volusion Shopping Cart

I have written a Volusion Review almost over 2 years ago on one of my blogs. It's little bit outdated today. This post still gets quite a bit of traffic everyday. The reason is there are many entrepreneurs looking for answers to their Volusion related questions.

I have decided to write a new, updated Volusion Review here.

Before I start writing my review, I'd like you to help me with your questions and comments.

*Important Note: I don't get compensated by Volusion in any way for writing this review. I was a Volusion customer myself when I used to have an ecommerce store, and I have built a number of Volusion stores for clients and friends. I have also done online marketing work for a number of Volusion stores. Therefore this review will be unbiased from a real customer/user's perspective.

Hi Kirtok. Good idea. You might also want to check out BigCommerce (http://www.bigcommerce.com) - it's generating quite a lot of buzz in the SMB e-commerce space lately and is similar to Volusion.

Hello Kirtok,

For an up to date perspective of the gong show that is Volusion, you should try to get access to their store owner's Forum.

Quite the eye-opener.

Definitely the eye opener. Lots of frustration in the forums around support, etc. Funny you have to be a customer to see them though.

Hey Kirtok, have a look at Bigcommerce by interspire, They offer a free trial on their site

Kirtok, BigCommerce is horrible. Just look at the other comments. The buzz is that they have horrible support and buggy product. Their is your review.

I would check out CoreCommerce. Great product, superb support and it has increased my companies revenues by over 30%.

check out www.zippycart.com - they have a good review of Big Commerce and vs. charts comparing it against other carts, don't think they have volusion though
