We've been using a 3-page checkout page for several years. Our shopping cart is custom, and we can get it programmed/updated, so it can have the one page checkout option.

I've tried to do some research on this, but there are mixed comments everywhere.

Is it worth for us to customize our shopping cart for one page checkout?

I'd really appreciate any feedback from experienced ecommerce business owners.

Jay, this is a great question, but it doesn't have a definitive answer.

The best way to go with this is to A/B test both one page checkout & the multi page checkout.

I personally prefer one page checkout, but you don't know what your audience prefers until you test it.

I'd also split test several other variables on your checkout page, and optimize your conversion rate.
